The complete curriculum of all available fruit and vegetable inspection lessons. All lessons are based upon the US Grade Standards and USDA Inspection procedures for the inspection of fresh fruit and vegetables. A Certificate of Successful Completion will be issued upon completion of all 17 lessons.
